My avocation is cooking and anything to do with it. I became a Pampered Chef consultant because I wanted the products and saw a way to get them while having fun. I joined Weight Watchers because I needed to undo the results of my love of cooking. This recipe is either from our Guidelines newsletter, Pampered Chef or from a fellow Weight Watcher. Enjoy!
IT’S THE MOST! (Cheeseball)
½ cup butter
12 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. blue cheese
1 bunch green onion stems, chopped
1 can (3 ½ oz.) chopped ripe olives
½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
Allow cheeses and butter to come to room temperature. Blend cheeses and butter. Add onion tops and olives.
Chill until firm. Form a ball. Roll in slivered almonds. Very tasty with raw carrots, celery, or cauliflower as well as
